I booked two flights only part of the charge was approved on my credit card. They cancelled my flights and said they would issue a credit for the two charges they put through.

It's now a month later no refund. I called 1-21*-955-**** when I finally got through to someone spending countless hours they said they cant help I need to call 213-627-**** this lady she was So RUDE!!! She yells at you tells you to listen you are not listening she doesn't try to help you she doesn't even know what the issue is she doesn't give you a chance to explain and then she said this is a private number hangs up on you. I called back all morning she kept hanging up on me.

After countless hours she told me to sue the credit card company hung up on me again.

I finally called my credit card company to deal with this company.

Reason of review: Stole my money. Worst customer service ever! Fraud company!.

Monetary Loss: $136.

Dear Customer,

As you said that only part of the charge was approved by the credit card company, it must have been that there were not enough funds in the credit card or it must have had a limit, due to that reason after a while we have to cancel the tickets. The Airline does not allow us to hold tickets.

It looks like there was only a hold on your credit card since you said only part of the payment was approved, in such cases when we cancel the ticket the funds automatically will be reflected onto your account, so please check, you must have already received the refund from the airline. It is summer season and due to our low prices we experience high call volumes. In such cases you can always email us, use our chat service and also text us.

Nobody in our office will hang up on a customer, due to the high call volumes the line must have dropped, we have contacted the phone line company and they are working on this issue. We are here 24/7 to help our customers with their needs.
