WHAT A BAD EXPERIENCE , I HAD PROBLEMS BOOKING ON LINE GOT TECH. SUPPORT TO BOOK MY FLIT.
I ARRIVED AT THE AIRPORT AUG. 27TH. THEY SAY SORRY THIS FLIT IS FOR SEPT. 27TH.
FROM THE AIRPORT I PAID 4X AS MUCH. I HAD NO CHOICE HAD TO ARRIVE FOR PLANS MADE THE NEXT DAY. THEY ME WHEN BOOKING THE FLIT . AFTER A FEW ATTEMPTS OF BEING ON HOLD FOR A VERY LONG TIME.
I SPOKE TO A REP. SPENT 2 HRS. 40 MIN. THEN HE SAID SORRY WERE NOT REFUNDING YOUR $$.
THE TICKET WAS STILL X 3 WEEKS AWAY FROM SEPT.
27 THEY COULD HAVE HELPED ME OUT .
