They cancelled our trip because they needed confirmation for our credit card. We sent a confirmation email, but it turns out the didn't receive it so they cancelled the reservation. Now I've been on hold for 1hr and 20 min still waiting to speak to someone, anyone! Now if we were to try and book another ticket the prices have gone up and we are trying to have them honor the original price we purchased the tickets for.

Will not be using airtkt ever again!

The most disappointing about airtkt flight booking at Airtkt was poor service and long call wait Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
