Booked an international flight, which got cancelled. I called airtkt and was kept on hold by 3 different persons for atleast two hours. The last guy was so rude that you literally want to slap him. He put me on hold for an hour and then told he can't do anything. I asked for flight cancellation and he asked me to call the airlines for cancellation. And all the while he was utterly rude.

Avoid artkt.com at any cost

Better pay some extra $ for peace of mind. They'll ditch you even before you reach your destination. And the best part is that airlines will say its not our problem calling your third party from where you booked the tickets.

The most disappointing about airtkt flight booking at Airtkt was worst customer service ever and poor service Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
